Dr. XXXXXXX this problem begin almost 6 yrs ago and even then dr's were telling me my test were coming back negative and I was fine. I was tested and had a cat scan on my colon, intestine to see if I had a fiscula. I tested negative for that. This is not normal. My last birth was 24 years ago. The smell exist ALL the time, I 'm currently using anywhere between 1-2 boxes of Norforms( feminine deodorant) a week. AT least once a month I use monistat because of the norforms causing yeast. I had a partial hysterectomy and for about a week after the surgery I smelled fine. After that it return with a vengeance! I must use something daily for feminine odor because If I don't I would not be able t sit around people. There's no discharge: just the smell. When I wipe my vagina and when I have a bowel movement they smell the same like, smoke, tar and sometimes it's hard to distinguish if its a vomit smell. just horrible. I have a history of fibroid but my ob-gyn/oncologist said I'm fine and every test she sent off came back negative. SOMETHING is wrong! and it's so frustrating not knowing what's causing this. I changed about 4 doctors in the last 5 years because I felt someone would find my problem but until this day no one has :) Please help, please.. Could it be some type of cancer, I have even researched that as well. I just need to know so I can get treated because I'm certain it has gotten worst in the last few years and I'm concerned about what else it could be damaging. Oh, I'm Diabetic as well so this is just really thrown to the top of my concerns

Please get a high vaginal swab test done and send the swab for culture and sensitivity test. This culture and sensitivity test detects the organism responsible for infection and antibiotics suitable to treat the same.
It is also necessary to differentiate whether this is chronic fungal infection which has not been treated with antifungal medicines. Because fungal vaginal infections are common in diabetics. Simultaneously make sure sugar levels are under control.
