Question: I had a baby 15 weeks ago still havent had a period and started taking the XXXXXXX pill (microlut) two weeks ago two days ago i got light spotting it was quite dark and a small (about 2cm long and 1 cm wide) white coloured lump has passed out of my vagina it had a little bit of red around the outer edges of it we had sex with out a condom 3 days prior to it coming out what could it have been?

It is normal not to have regular periods after a childbirth specially if you are breast feeding.
After starting with minipill, mild irregular spotting is also a normal finding. The fleshy mass that you have passed is likely to be due to overgrown endometrium. There is nothing to worry. Having sex just 3 days prior to passing the blood is not related to pregnancy. You need not worry.
