default
Posted on Thu, 31 Mar 2016
Question: I am 50 years old! Recently found a small bump which feeling like an blind zit under the skin between my left testicle and a beign cyst which I had checked on in 2014! When I push gently on it it hurts, it feels sore and aches my left testicular area? What could this be and I am concerned this time around I was also checked for spermatocele or epidim. condition in 2014 as well and have some extra junk in the trunk as well! No current surgery was recommended then! Now I'm a bit scared it could be a new concern! Any advice or thoughts would be immediately appreciated! Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound should be done to diagnose it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As you have already cyst diagnosed, another cyst or a part of the previous one is the most probable reason. As it is outside the testicle, not inside of it, most likely its nothing serious and you should not be concerned.
It may hurt when pushed. Especially if it is attached to the epididymis. As long as you do not have testicle pain (except when you pushing or squeezing it), no fever, no pain while urinating, infection is not the case.

As you probable know, the best way to diagnose this bump is an ultrasound (just like you have it before). Without this test, you can not be sure.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
