Brief Answer:
Boils/ furuncles; oral and topical antibacterial

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have taken note of your query and i have also reviewed the images.

Images do seem to suggest that these are boils i.e bacterial infection of skin & soft tissue.

If i was your treating doctor i would suggest you a course of an oral antibiotic for a week.
My choice would be either flucloxacillin Or cephalexin for a week.

Topically you may use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a week.

Regards
