Brief Answer:
clinical examination is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query

According to your history it doesn't look like conjunctivitis.Conjunctivitis includes redness of eyes, burning sensation and watering. It spreads to both eyes and it is contagious.

Your eye redness is may be due to foreign body irritation.

Take bowl of clean water and dip your eye, open and close your eye 4 - 5 times and wipe with clean cotton.

You can use eye drop also for cleaning your eyes.

You meet your local Ophthalmologist, get done check up of your eyes for further evaluation.

Thank you
Take care
