What Causes A Recurring Ache In Left Testicles??

Question: hello , Iam a 22 year old male ...I have reccuring ache in my left testicle ( i can feel the dilation of the veins supplying the left testicle and ending with a biggish lump below the left testicle), I guess I have a varicocele but sometimes the pain/numbness radiates to my buttock a left leg and hip . What would you diagonise this as ?

The symptoms you mention are likely to be a Varicocele. But the pain in thigh n hip should not be due to that. There is a possibility that it could be a hernia. I suggest you see a Surgeon who can examine you and get an Ultrasound with Doppler done to be sure. That would clearly tell what it is. Without examining you it would be difficult to say. The treatment can then be directed to the problem.
Do not worry as both conditions are treatable.
