What causes a rash on the elbow?

Question: This is my elbow. What do you think it is? It is only on one elbow, its the elbow I always lean on.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The rash does seem like irritated skin purely due to the pressure applied on it and more frequently doing so. I would recommend simple steps:

+Avoid resting your elbow on any surface, to avoid pressure on it
+Use any steroid cream you can get your hands on and apply generously at least twice daily for 2 weeks
+Make sure the region is always well moisturised
+Weight loss is also recommended ma'am
+Drink plenty of water
