Brief Answer:
Dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your sexual relations with 3 different women.
The appearance of a rash like thing (which you can not see due to your complexion), feeling sticky in groin and under the scrotum, pinching and persistance even after a month indicates a sort of dermatitis.
Someone not responding to your call is suspicious but does not change the diagnosis.

Such a problem is not due to STD. It looks to be Co-incidental.

Please consult a Dermatologist for clinical evaluation and investigations. Get a proper treatment and you will be fine.
Take multivitamins for early and nice healing.

I hope this answer helps you to clarify your doubts. Please feel free to ask further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Thanks for elaborated reply, but what rings bells in my mind. It never happened to me before. I am fairly clean person. If its not sexually transmitted than how I got it.{FYI I used condom all the time when I had sex} Is it because I was spending everyday 2 to 3 hours in gym most of the time my private area remained wet and covered. I would also like to know how Lotriderm cream is effective for it. I did not use it properpy though only applied it for 3 to 4 days. My groin area got better but scrotum remained same and than stopped using it. But once again as the temperature is rising it came back and I stopped using the cream because sometimes I feel it made my glans burning a liltle. One more thing its get better when temperature drops.

When I used Lotrderm my groin area immediately got cured but scrotum did not. I would also like to is it communicable sexually or by any other means?

Brief Answer:
Gym for 2 to 3 hours / this is not sexually transmitted.

Detailed Answer:
It happened coincidentally hence tickles the mind all the time.
This is never seen to be acquired by sexual contacts not seen in either of the partners who have daily contacts.
The reason for getting such lesion is local environment of the skin, more so with more sweating and less ventilation, loss of integrity of the local skin.
You have the best reason of spending 2-3 hours in the Gym.

Lotriderm has 2 components- one is anti-fungal and the other is very strong anti-inflammatory. Both work by combination.
But the cure comes only if the skin is exposed to aeration for as much time as possible.
I do advise all such patients as follows::
-Clean the area with plain water as frequently as possible.
-Apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally to the whole area and allow it to dry.
No other ointments or lotions/ soaps / chemicals are needed.
-A small course of an antibiotic and Metronidazole for about 5 days ( you need a prescription please- of a local Doctor)
-This is basically a disorder due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals that the integrity of the skin is lost. So you have to have therapeutic dosage of Vitamin A and D and to continue as multivitamins which are available as anti-oxidant medicines for about a month or so.
