Brief Answer:
Further evaluation test needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In my opinion there is need for a evaluation of your blood pressure in different positions (laying, sitting and standing) for 4-5 days in order to evaluate postural hypotension. ( this could be related to fainting feeling)
Another evaluation that needs to be carried out is your menopause/ premenopausal state, if you feel changes in menstrual cycle, this according to your humor changes, feeling waves, etc.
Tinitus ( ear rumors) needs further evaluation too. ( is it only in one side, changes with positions?).
Thyroid overdose medication effect should have passed by now, since thyroid function tests result normal.
I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor above mentioned possibilities and other tests needed to evaluate/ rule out these conditions.
If you have gone through other tests ( brain imaging, blood work, hormones etc.) these could help in understanding and giving you a more comprehensive answer about your condition, so I'd be glad to go through them if you like to share.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
