It can be when i bend over to put on my shoes. I rub it and goes away. Or if i stretch it can be in my neck, rub it and goes away. So the site can be the abdominal area, UQ OR LQ, neck or at night i stretch my legs and get a cramp. I wondered if it because im low on potassium or calcium ?
