What Causes A Mole Like Growth On The Arm?

Question: I recently noticed a small mole like growth on my arm and wanted to know if it looks like cancer.

Looks like an atypical mole, go for dermoscopic examination & biopsy if req

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and the mole seems to be little atypical.
I can appreciate hyperpigmented spots in the mole.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and go for dermoscopic examination of the mole and a skin biopsy if required.
