Brief Answer:
abscesses need to be drained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
it sounds like you have an abscess on your buttock. These are common and need a complete drainage to heal up.
You can try soaking in a tub of water to encourage it to drain or using warm compresses on it.
However, if it is large and painful you probably need to see a doctor for a complete drainage. Sometimes the skin around it is also infected and you need an antibiotic.
If this is not clearing up in a few days or if it is very large and painful see a doctor as soon as possible for drainage.

Brief Answer:
do not need a special doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
you do not need a special doctor for this procedure. Any family doctor or internist can remove an abscess. It is a simple procedure. There are not natural antibodies that can help with this, it just needs to be drained as soon as possible.
