i just ahd oral sex with partner and notices a lump looking thing by the tip of his penis that just looked like skin.. what could it be ? i am very very concerned pelase help!!!

Should I be worried? How do I know what it is ? It did t seem like there was discharge and it was skin color to close to head of penis. Would he transfer something to me if I gave him oral? If so what would my symptoms be
