What Causes A Lump On My Left Breast?

default
Posted on Tue, 7 Apr 2015
Question: I am 41 years old. About 7 months ago my doctor found a lump on my left breast. I had a mammogram and last week an ultrasound. I was told it looked like a lymph node and I should get another mammogram in 6 months. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Brief Answer:
Please upload report

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
See, frankly speaking, if they asked you to come for a follow up in 6 months, that means that the report is nothing to be concerned about.
However, without actually looking at the report, I cannot tell you anything more definitive.
Please upload the mammogram and sonogram report, I would then revert.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
