Question: My resting heart rate is 48-55 No other symptoms other than I cam concerned that is too low ?

I read your query and understood your concerns.

You shouldn't worry about your heart rate even that you have a slightly bradycardia. Your HR is within accepted limit for bradycardia as long as you are symptomless.

In case that you experience fatigue, dizziness and other pre fainting symptoms you should go to emergency room.
