Question: I am a young 25 year old woman. and been wondering lately what is wrong with me.. I've been and am in a fantastic long term relationship with a great man, but find for the last while (1 year) I have 0 sex drive or interest in it period. we tried different things, and nothing seems to work.. I just have 0 interest in the whole ordeal together and even just the thought of it alone? is this normal? what can I do

No it's not normal at this age to have decreased libido. First I would like to know whether you have any problem while having sex like pain, discomfort, infection post sex which decreases your libido..

A romantic environment with dim light stimulates your nerves.. Nutritious diet rich in proteins and carbohydrates is important.. Avocado, fig, chocolate are certain food which stimulate sex drive.. different position of posture should be tried.. Avoid sex when you are tired. A good foreplay is a must. Stress can be another cause of decrease libido. Yoga and meditation helps to relieve stress..

If all these doesn't help a cycle of ocp's can be tried to stimulate your hormones..
