Brief Answer:
Symptoms related to flu;get further evaluation by ENT specialist...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. The general feeling of not feeling good with some chills with no fever going on for a week now is indicative for possible flu (viral infection). Keep well hydrated (drink more water, juice or tea); continue taking ibuprofen with vit.C until improvement.

2. With regards to your personal history of cholesteatoma, it is true that is associated with dizziness. However, I need to know what was the treatment undergone by ENT (medicines? or surgery?)
Cholesteatoma is perfectly treatable and required regular medical check ups. So, as you have not seen ENT specialist for a while now, it is time to schedule an appointment for further evaluation.

Wish fast recovery!
