Brief Answer:
May be frontal sinus infection related

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Usually sinus will not cause such heaviness until it is infected and involving frontal sinus.
You can continue vitamin B 12 injection but it is not related to head heaviness.
You can take amitryptiline for few weeks to get relief if no other danger features are present as mentioned above.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Take treatment and care as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Secondary causes of headache or heavy head feeling may be due to meningitis, venous thrombosis and if the problem is gradual with prolonged duration then possibility of tumor may be there.
All these diseases are usually associated with one or other features like vomiting, fever, visual loss, loss of consciousness, seizures, motor weakness.
If all these symptoms are absent then nothing to worry and no need of any investigation.
Take treatment as advised and get rest, timely food and sleep. Avoid stress.
