Brief Answer:
You have hair follicle infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

From the photos that you have you have uploaded you seem to have hair follicle infection. Don't try to pop it. Apply hot fomentation/ compresses twice daily. Apply local fucidin ointment. It will resolve without bursting or burst open and heal in a week or so.
I hope this is helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
