Question: I've had a cold but am feeling almost back to normal. However, today, the right side of my face feels bruised. My cheekbone and right next to my nose to be more specific. There is no bruising or swelling. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Most likely mild sinusitis, please continue cold meds and sinus wash

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient

You may have mild sinusitis, which usually cures itself also soon. Please continue cold medication, nose spray and sinus wash, then this will most likely get better very soon.

Best regards
