Brief Answer:
Upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

Black spot on the penis can be due to penile melanosis, melanocytic naevus, drug reaction or following injury to penis.

I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the spot so that I have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you better.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seems to be melanotic macule

Detailed Answer:
On looking at the picture it seems to be melanotic macule which is a benign condition and needs no treatment.

If treatment is required for cosmetic reasons you can go for laser treatment.
