What Causes A Black Patch On The Penis Head?
Question: Sir, I am from XXXXXXX .I have noticed black patch like thing on my penile cap on the side . i am absolutely normal and my age is 42 . I am a married person since 1993 . what could this be. i have no extra marital affairs at all . Can you help me .

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like lichen planus.
It is a chronic immune mediated disease of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroids like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Along with this take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime if it is associated with itching.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
