Question: I am 32 weeks pregnant. I have recently observed a tiny skin like growth underneath tip of tongue on a side.

Thanks for the pictures.
It seems to be a benign lesion only. It can be a wart or a polyp. My advise is if it is asymptomatic, you should avoid any excision or medicines in pregnancy.
It can be excised under local anaesthesia which is safe during 2nd trimester.

Thank you very much for your valuable advise. Its is very relieving after hearing from you. I am in my 8th month of pregnancy. As you said it is not harmful, and also as it is not showing any other symptoms I will avoid it and not thinking to remove it as well.
