Brief Answer:
avoid physical exertion when you have pain, use acetaminophen, get ECG

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
Do you have diabetes or hypertension? When is last time you checked your thyroid function tests? Can you share previous lab reports along with ECG and chest x ray done before?
Do you feel shortness of breath?
The above questions need to be answered before making a reasoned diagnosis.
Based upon the history , the pain may appear to be muscular in origin. You really should have ECG and chest x ray done to exclude cardiac causes of chest pain. Don't try to do any physical exertion while you are experiencing pain until you have been seen by your physician.
Meanwhile stay calm and continue with your medication and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
Hope it helps
