Brief Answer: Yes Detailed Answer: Hi PCOD exists in many women and its not a disease. It is not a big problem to conceive. The medicine diane 35 you are taking is not a permanent solution to this problem. It will regularise periods only when you are on tablets. But these tablets are oral contraceptives which will prevent you from getting pregnant. Therefore weight loss is a key to regularisation of periods if you are obese. If not obese please check from an infertility Specialist if you are ovulating properly. Treatment depends on it. Get follicular growth scan done. Let me know if you have any more questions.
