Brief Answer: allergic of nose, steroid spray. Detailed Answer: Hi madam, Nose block , constant running nose, sneezing, itching of eyes and ears, burning of eyes are symptoms of allergy. Therefore you most likely suffer with allergic condition that should be treated with steroid and antihistamine nasal spray. If you were my patient, I would start you on steroid + antihistamine nasal spray such as duonase for at least 2 months. Oral antihistamines like cetrizine mixed with leukotriene inhibitors (montelukast) can be added for additional benefits. These are prescription only medicines; you can discuss about this regimen with your treating doctor. I would also encourage you to get allergy tests done to detect the specific allergies that have. You can also plan for allergy shots or vaccines based on it availability thereafter. Avoid cold items, citrus fruits and oily food. Don't worry allergy is very common now a days. It can be treated also. Take care.
