Question: Hi...
I am xxxxxxxxx XXXXXXX In my family one of new born baby girl reported for heart hole Issue.Though the size of hole is very small around 2.5mm. Please advice for future action or treatment process.

Since it's a very small VSD, there is 60-70 percent chance that this will close spontaneously. At this stage, just observation is necessary and no active treatment is needed. You need to get repeat echo done after three months.
