What causes 2 small lumps above jawline?

Question: Hi,I have had 2 small sized lumps above my jaw line in both sides,It has been there for about 10 years.I have no other symptoms associated with it. It is extremely XXXXXXX Is it Lymphoma??

Hi I also wanted to know if it is Lipoma because I can keep moving it back and forth very easily .And the size of it is less then 2cm. Is it compulsory I get the biopsy ,since I have had it for many years ,I was thinking it is nothing serious.

Yes it could be lipoma.

But you need to get biopsy for sure even though its been for many years to avoid any future complications and to rule out cancers to be on a safer zone.
