Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

I've reviewed the scan reports.
The ultrasound scan is normal.
Minimal free fluid in POD is a normal finding.

Please get a pap test and vaginal swab and culture done to rule out infection.

Do you have any bowel or bladder symptoms?

Some amount of pain is normal when you are about to expect your period.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Take care
