What Cause Body Tremor,heart Palpitations And Now Tingling In Hands And Feet?

Question: Had an SVT 2 months ago. No history of this. Started on flecainide with severe symptoms of tremor, anxiety and abdominal pain. Exam: Echo-trace mitral valve regurgitation, pvc's on stress test, ekg normal. Stopped Flecainide 1 month ago and still having entire body tremor, heart palpitations, and now starting to have mild tingling in hands and feet. Cardiac provider wants to do ablation for SVT. I have a multinodular thyroid goiter but labs are normal. Not sure about ablation and not understanding why I am having these symptoms. PCP stated anxiety but this is continuous 24 hours a day and I wake up with tremore and heart palpitations every day. Lots of fatigue by the end of the day.

All the symptoms you are going through are related to triggering of sympathetic activity factors such as:
- stress
- drinking alcohol
- smoking
- physical activity
- high fever
- thyroid dysfunction, etc.

If the thyroid function test resulted normal, then, other factors should be considered as mentioned above.

The best way to manage this condition include:
- electro-physiological study
- ablation.

Avoiding smoking, drinking alcohol, increasing physical activity are also highly recommended.

Thank you. I do not smoke or drink and have never felt anxiety like this. I have recently started walking again and I dont feel too bad while walking. My BMI is 25.

I am thinking that maybe the pvc's are causing this continued feeling. I do feel like I have a low grade fever all the time now with weakness and fatigue. I get goose bumps all the time when someone touches my skin and with even mild temperature changes.

Would flecainide cause these continued symptoms?
