Brief Answer:
Low immunity

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.

Warts, chronic dandruff, toe nail infection and white tongue suggest low immunity.
Other symptoms suggest lack of hemoglobin (anaemia).

Please get the following tests done.
1. complete blood count ( CBC)
2. Discrete leukocyte count (DLC)
3. HIV test
4. KOH preparation from tongue surface, to rule out fungal infection.
5. Immunoglobulin levels

Let me know the reports so I can help you better.
Thank you
