Brief Answer:
it looks to me cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
It looks to me that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this there is pinching nerve in neck which cause pain in shoulder with tingling and numbness in hand.Nature of pain can be from muscular to cramp like. Pain occurs more in night time specially in lying down position.
To confirm the diagnosis you have to get MRI of the neck. I would also advice you to get blood sugar test and serum B 12 estimation.
Till you get these investigations I would suggest you following :
1. Soft cervical collar
2. Tablet pregabalin M after discussing with your doctor.
3. Physiotherapy for example - cervical traction and neck muscle strengthening exercises.
I am waiting for your investigation reports. Let me know If you want to ask any other questions. Thanks.
