Brief Answer:
Very unlikely to be due to Azithromycine

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Pain on the lower left hand pain has not been described, or generalized pain after taking Azithromycin (Zithromicen) is not a common a described side effect of this drug. It might important to search for other causes of such a pain.

The characteristics of the pain like the mode of onset, intensity, irradiations, aggravating and relieving factors might be necessary to be noted. Any notion of recent trauma, associated body weakness or loss of sensation are all important to be considered. Reactions to Azithromycin are almost immediate or a couple of days after. Pain as such has not been described yet as one of its late onset side effects.

I suggest you consult your primary care doctor for a proper investigation of the possible origin of this pain. Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
