Brief Answer:
Likely to be depression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
From your description, it is clear that you have following symptoms:
• Depression.
fatigue.
• Poor concentration and panic attacks.
• frequent mood swings.
Constipation.

All these are symptoms of depression and need attention. Apart from that, you may have thyroid problem which can cause or exacerbate your depression. Depression is not always situational (because of stress). Many times it is biological due to biochemical changes in brain. Your depression appears to biological to me due to its severity.

Before prescription, physical examination and laboratory examination is needed to rule out physical causes of depression. Mental status examination is also necessary to assess severity of depression.

Following measures will help you:
• First remember your situation is transient and will solve in few weeks if you follow my advice.
• Ask help from friends and family members, do not shy for that.
• Make structured daily routine.
• Eat adequate food, fruits and drink juice. Avoid alcohol use if any.
• It is good if you work regularly but do not take much stress while working.
• Talk frequently with friends and family members. Make new freinds, Take time to develop few hobbies, join a club or start with playing some sport.
• Get investigated and treated for thyroid problem as some of your symptoms can occur because of thyroid problem too.
• Most important visit psychoterapist so that he can counsel you and prescribe medicine for depression after assessment. Now very good medicines available for depression. People's life changes within weeks of treatment.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Start sertraline.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
There are some drugs like escitalopram, sertraline, etc which can help you in early recovery but these need careful dosage monitoring and the effect is seen after 4-6 weeks of the treatment. Since you had side effects with Nexito it is best to start with Sertraline in lower doses and then gradually increase the dose after every two weeks in case the medicine is tolerable.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Available at SAS XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You can take Zoloft or Lustral. Start with 50mg at night after the meals. After 2 weeks increase the dosage to 100mg at night. After 4 weeks if you feel the response is not adequate then the dose can be increased to 150mg and then maximum 200 mg at night. You should feel better in 4-6 weeks.
