Brief Answer:
antiseptic gargles and muscle relaxants

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Bumps at the back of throat are normal lymphoid follicles which are a part of immune system of the body.

These can enlarge in infections or allergy or reflux. If these become large, foreign body sensation is the usual complaint.

Neck stiffness is not the usual complaint and mostlikely will be unrelated to these bumps.

Still if you feel you don't have any muscular or postural cause of neck stiffness, please see an ENT and a throat and neck examination will tell about the need for some further tests.

Otherwise antiseptic gargles and analgesics and muscle relaxants should help.

Feel free to ask another query.

Regards
