You need to consult your gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any abdominal collection or infection.
If it is a mild and brownish discharge then it suggests old blood and is not worrisome. Do watch for any worrisome symptoms like fever, pain abdomen or heavy discharge which needs immediate medical attention.
