Question: In the morning before I leave the bed feel intense pain between knee and ankle.
What must be the cause ?

1.Since when you are having these symptoms?
2. Do you have thyroid or diabetes?
3. Do you have pain the whole day or only in the morning?

1. Having these symptoms since four months.
2. No Thyroid & No Diabetes.
3. Only when I lie-down , felt the same in afternoons as well.
4. NO X-Ray done.

Hello,

Thanks for the info. I think it is starting of knee arthritis. An x-ray in a standing position can confirm the diagnosis. I would suggest the following.

1. Avoid squatting, sitting on ground floor or stairs.
2. Hot water fomentation dor knee joint.
3. Take calcium 1000 mg daily and Volini ointment application.
4. The knee cap is also helpful.
