Brief Answer:
Possible fistula, guidelines given.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for the details.

* Seems inflammatory condition mostly in terms of fistula (which is felt as hard dot under the skin).

* It is not normal symptom of healed fissure to give any sort of anal discharge.

Guidelines for better outcome:
- Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 10 minutes each morning, evening and after passing stool) on regular basis.
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid and dry.
- Avoid sitting on hard surfaces for long period of times, avoid long drives.
- Keep a check on your diet to get regular soft bowel movements.
- A physical examination with your consultant surgeon for the assessment and get prescription of necessary antibiotics to cure it.
- Anti histamine as Benadryl in case of more itching.

Hope this will help you for sure.

Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance.

Regards.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for posting back.

Usually colon or rectal polyps do not give watery discharge, it is in concern more likely with inflammation or infection involving skin around anus, anal verge or lower rectum.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Welcome back.

* No temperature around anal skin, is feeling warmth of the skin, not burning. When there is inflammation process underneath the skin, you get warmth in the skin too.

* As there is body part warmth also, you should seek advise of your family doctor for possible need of antibiotics to get better early.

Regards.
