Question: I have history of fissures, now there is no blood , but itchiness on same place where fissure were and it feels like some watery substance is coming out
does anus remain moist?

I can't see colour of anus, temperature is normals some hard dot sized lump under skin of anus no alterations in bowel movements diabetes is normal

* It is not normal symptom of healed fissure to give any sort of anal discharge.

Guidelines for better outcome:
- Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 10 minutes each morning, evening and after passing stool) on regular basis.
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid and dry.
- Avoid sitting on hard surfaces for long period of times, avoid long drives.
- Keep a check on your diet to get regular soft bowel movements.
- A physical examination with your consultant surgeon for the assessment and get prescription of necessary antibiotics to cure it.

the hard movable lump under skin is very old anus get itchy and it feels that some thing is crawling or water like thing is coming out after that when I check anus sometime it is moist and sometimes dry i noted anus become moist before defeacting

u asked about temperature of anus today I feel my anus is warm but my other body parts are also warm other symptoms have improved by temperature u mean burning of anus

I don't know if this anal warmth was present before but my body remain normally that warm I have normal temperature by thermometer does anal skin is warm as comparedfrom rest of body skin around anus which is soft have some amount of moistness means a little bit
