Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan and Blood work needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Is the pain on both the sides or one side?

Did you injury the scrotum? Is it all of a sudden or gradual pain?

As per your description you might have a pulled scrotum or an epidydimal infection (inflammation of the epidydimis).

You can take Tab MOTRIN for easing the pain.

At the same time check if elevation of the scrotal sac by placing the palm under the scrotum greatly eases the pain, if so it might be epidydimal infection.

To confirm you need to get immediate Blood counts, Urine routine and Ultrasound scan of scrotal sac.

So please see a local doctor for an appointment or you can go to the ER.
If you have further questions please get back.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
100% private

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

If you cannot go to ER, you can seek an early appointment at urgent care which charge very less. But you need the tests as well.
Till then you can take Tab MOTRIN double strength for the pain.
You can attach / upload the picture and I promise 100% privacy.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Images.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I checked the images.

First of all I do not see anything wrong in the penis part. It is quite normal in size and skin over it.

The middle line is prominent because the scrotum contracted because of pain. This makes the middle line more visible.
I feel it could be infection which can easily be treated with proper medication.

Do not leave the scrotum loosely as it can cause more pain, so wear undergarments which gives support to the scrotal sac and thus ease pain.

Over this you can take MOTRIN (Ibuprofen) as mentioned earlier.
Hope I clear all your doubts, if you do not have questions please close it.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Penis appearance.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Appearance can be different from the performance.

The shape or appearance of penis differ from person to person. It is actually a penile muscle. Some are bulkier less skin over it makes them look out prominently. Where as the penile muscle can be smaller with lesser skin as well. Both are normal.

As long as one is able to urinate with good flow, have good erections and able to penetrate it should be taken as normal.

I just finished talking texting for about 3 minutes and it app crashed okay I'll. my question is seeing that I've had this pain for about 4 or 5 weeks I have not had any urge for sexual ejaculation via sex or masturbation or anything when I was in the bathroom today going number 2 I felt something odd like a little thicker than urine and then afterwards I feel that I think that vein that you were talking about all the way from down there through the shaft and then on the tip like sensitive stinky feeling nothing's coming out though do you think I should force an ejaculation to get rid of some poison stuff I really don't know your professional opinion as the internet has many kind of stupid things. could that be adding to the swelling and discoloration darker color of the testicle area also and again I have not had any kind of an erection in like two weeks not that I was trying cuz of the pain please let me know

Brief Answer:
Ejaculate

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The one you noticed, the liquid, is an ejaculate. This part of male physiology and normal. This may contribute to the swelling and discoloration. When you do not have erection for two weeks you tend to pile up the ejaculate and keep seeing in the urine now and then. Nothing to worry about.

so that's what I was guessing should I force ejaculation masturbate but I don't want to because of the pain. either way I went to see an urgent care doctor today but he only saw me for like 10 minutes and basically said go see a surgeon that's what I don't want to do is there anything you could think of without surgery I could do 2 help the situation and regain potency directions and no pain. is there some kind of video tape or educational tool or therapies something I could I don't trust the internet also afraid that yesterday when you mentioned the size is normal it is not at the moment and I'm afraid it's going to stay like that so what can I do
doctor
Answered by Dr. V. N. S. Parinam (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Referral to Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You do not have to force ejaculate it.

I doubt if the urgent care doctor examined and referred to a surgeon I sense it is not normal or uncommon problem for him. He may not have witnessed it in his experience.

You should not be terrified though there can be a painless and easier solution by a surgeon hence the reason for referral.

At present I do not see a reason to give educational video or tape without clinical examination that too after your urgent care doctor referral.
