Brief Answer:
About your query you have...

Detailed Answer:

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The information for this is too large and too broad spectrum. So, to interpret the results correctly, the symptoms, clinical examination, and further investigations are needed.

However, an elevated AntiTPO and TSH mean that either you have hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid caused by an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

Thyroglobulin is not a specific tumor marker and can be increased in many thyroid pathologist.

While C4a is increased in infectious diseases and TGF-beta in some tumors.

Low IGg suggests for a decreased body immunity and a high predisposition for infection.

Hope the information will help.

Take care.
