Brief Answer:
Need to consult Urologist and get investigated.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for query.

Based on the facts that you have posted, and, considering your age the blood that you have passed after the climax is most likely to be from either due to rupture of the small superficial vein on the surface of an enlarged prostate or urethral injury due to dry and rough sex and needs to be investigated.

I'd suggest consulting a Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture analysis
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA
4) Endoscopic Examination of urethral passage and bladder (Cystoscopy), if required

In the meanwhile please start taking an anti-inflammatory drug like Diclofenac.

Ensure to drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care.
