Before giving my opinion I would like to know more about your medical history.

Kindly let me know how long are you on pacemaker and send your pacemaker implantation report so that I can go through the details. Tell me in detail about your palpitations when and for long does it happen? What are other medical illnesses you are suffering from apart from this?

I had my XXXXXXX Scientific Model L 111 installed 06/16/17, I do not have any reports that I can send you. It maintains my rate at 60bpm or above.

My palpitations can will occur early in the morning 2:00 am, or late afternoon 5:00 pm. They last for 3-4 hrs. I normally will take a dose of my Sotalol when they occur.

I do not have any other current health issues,other than I do not have a lot of energy.

XXXXXXX you need to get a Holter monitoring done so as to get a record of the event of palpitations which you are experiencing so as to evaluate what the rhythm that occurs during palpitations.

Also, you should consult your treating cardiologist for pacemaker programming and evaluation once.
