Hello,
Before giving my opinion I would like to know more about your medical history.
Kindly let me know how long are you on pacemaker and send your pacemaker implantation report so that I can go through the details. Tell me in detail about your palpitations when and for long does it happen? What are other medical illnesses you are suffering from apart from this?
Please revert back with the required information for detailed guidance.

I had my XXXXXXX Scientific Model L 111 installed 06/16/17, I do not have any reports that I can send you. It maintains my rate at 60bpm or above.
My palpitations can will occur early in the morning 2:00 am, or late afternoon 5:00 pm. They last for 3-4 hrs. I normally will take a dose of my Sotalol when they occur.
I do not have any other current health issues, other than I do not have a lot of energy.
Thank you for your help; XXXXXXX
