Brief Answer:
Itching is known side effect of diazepam

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Itching is known side effect of diazepam. The individuals can get skin reactions in form of skin redness, itching and skin rash.

However before combination that it is due to diazepam we need to look for temporal relations between start of diazepam and itching. Provided there is close association between both of them looking for alternative option is warranted for anxiety.

Although there are multiple alternative but I feel lorazepam 0.5 mg can help you immensely without causing this particular side effect.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
