Brief Answer:
Go to ER now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

If you are in a great deal of pain and one testicle is riding up, this may be testicular torsion. I advise that you go in to an ER now. If the testicle is incarcerated or there is torsion, it can become damaged if not attended to within several hours. If possible, go to an ER that is part of a large hospital or teaching hospital because those are usually more likely to have urology staff on site, although any community hospital can call in a urologist emergently.

If you are willing, please let me know how you are doing after you have gone in to be seen.
