Sompraz HP kit contains two antibiotics, Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin, and a proton pump inhibitor to reduce the amount of acid produced by stomach that is Esomeprazole.
Sompraz HP has 3 tablets for morning and 3 for evening - clarithromycin , esomeprazole, amoxicillin.
Esomeprazole is to be taken 30mins before food (breakfast and dinner).
Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin 15mins after food.
Morning dose is before and after breakfast and evening dose is before and after dinner.
The sompraz kit is to be taken for 15 days.

If I will not take this medicine , what is the consequence?
I am doubting the endoscopy test/report but I don't want again endoscopy .Is there any other way to test it again to confirm the RUT positive.
I am healthy and my immune system is also ok then why it catches me?
After finishing the medicine how to know problem is resolved. Is there any chances to have same problem, if yes then after how many months or years.

In small percentage of patient, disease will progress and lead to complication like gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, gastric outlet obstruction.

H pylori serology,
H pylori fecal antigen test
H pylori colonization usually occur in healthy individuals but acid peptic disease develop in small no. of individuals.
To confirm eradication of H pylori, a Urea breath test can be done 4-12 weeks after the end of treatment.
Reinfection rate after successful eradication of H. pylori is <1% per year.
