Hi XXXXXXX,
Hope you are doing well.
The following tests need to be done for your mother in law:
a. Complete blood count
b. Fasting and Post prandial blood sugar
c. Complete lipid profile
d. ECG
e. Mammogram
f. Colonoscopy
g. Pap smear
h. Blood pressure, height and weight need to be checked
i. DEXA scan

The tests for your husband include:
a. Fasting and Post prandial blood sugar
b. Complete lipid profile
c. ECG
d. Blood pressure, height and weight need to be checked

Here I am assuming they are healthy and have no complaints as of now. Do let me know if this assumption is incorrect
