Brief Answer:
Costly but implant is better

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX
Thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
This is Dr. Dipti Singh here to answer your query.

To replace a missing tooth now a days there are two techniques which the dentist told you, one is tooth bridge and the other is implant.

Both techniques are good, but to put a bridge you have to take support from the adjacent tooth as the missing tooth will be attached to them , so the supporting tooth of both the sides will also be slightly grinded as to make space for cap on them, and sometimes the dentist prefer even root canal treatment for the supporting tooth, so for one tooth you have to comprise two more.

As in implant you do not need to make any alterations in the adjacent tooth, just an attachment will he placed inside the bone of the missing tooth with surgery and after the bone accepts the attachment after one month the cap of tooth will be placed.

But implant is a costly procedure, and even if bone does not accept it then it will be problematic in future, still implant is a better solution for you as in young age the bone condition is very good and acceptance rate of it is high.
Hope it will help you.
Thank you.
