Brief Answer:
In all probability the vomiting and pain is not due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
I appreciate your concerns.
Since her menstrual cycles are not regular it is not possible to find out whether she was in the fertile period when she was forced to have sex. She may or may not have been in her fertile period.
Even if I presume that she was ovulating on that day she will not show pregnancy symptoms within 8 days. It is too early for that. At the most blood pregnancy test can be positive today. Blood pregnancy test can be positive 8-11 days after ovulation date.
So in all probability the vomiting and pain that she is having is not due to pregnancy. Is she having diarrhea? Then it could be gastro enteritis? It could also be infection of appendix. So please consult doctor. If the pain is very severe please go to Emergency room (ER).
As regards possibility of pregnancy, get a pregnancy test done after one week. If it is positive you need to consult doctor and take medicines for termination of pregnancy.
Only 20-25 % of women conceive in one menstrual cycle.
I sincerely hope that she is not one among them.
I hope this helps.
If you have any further queries, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
Do get a pregnancy test done after a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
What about the pain in the lower abdomen? If that is mild too then it could be part of her premenstrual symptoms. It is true that psychological trauma can make the symptoms worse.

If the pain is severe, as mentioned above she needs to be evaluated by her doctor.

Do get a pregnancy test done after a week.
I hope this helps.
