Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal disturbance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The decreased bleeding and minimal cramps can be due to a mild hormonal disturbance, stress, excessive exercise, change in diet or environment, weakness, recent illness, etc. You are not pregnant as the pregnancy test is negative. To regularize your periods, you can consult your gynecologist and get hormonal pills or contraceptive pills prescribed.
This is not likely to be due to a serious issue. Taking a healthy diet and adequate rest can help in returning of normal periods in next 1-2 months.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
