dizziness, shortness of breath, cold clammy skin

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Symptoms are: dizziness, loss of balance, weakness, clammy skin, cold skin especially the peripheries like fingers, loss of consciousness, blurred vision, confusion, shortness of breath

Low blood pressure (hypotension) normally refers to blood pressure of less than 90/60.
Some persons have symptoms at this level but others may not because it is a normal blood pressure for them.

Some persons can have symptoms above this if there blood pressure is normally a lot higher.Eg if a person normally has a blood pressure of 130/80 and it is at 100/62, they may have symptoms because their body is not use to this reading.

Brief Answer:
can cause symptoms to occur

Detailed Answer:
HI

If your blood pressure is low , it could be contributing to your symptoms.

If your blood pressure is within your normal range then your doctor may consider:
Infection, low blood sugar can also cause these symptoms to occur so your doctor may have asked questions and examined you , to rule out these possibilities.

Abnormal levels of some electrolytes such as sodium can also cause confusion, fatigue, weakness as well

Low levels of thyroid hormone can cause cold intolerance (The freezing feeling), weakness, fatigue

Summary:(1) if the blood pressure is significantly lower than normal then this the likely cause

Low blood pressure can be due to medication, dehydration, very severe infection, blood loss, heart disease

(2)if blood pressure is around the normal range then other causes would need be excluded by examination and blood tests (a complete blood count- infection, electrolyte levels, blood sugar, thyroid function
